Job Description:
Are you a warm and friendly person that loves hosting and interacting with people? Our Hotel in Guernsey is a stunning five star property located in the heart of St. Peter Port with amazing views of the surrounding Channel Islands and France. This wonderful Hotel features 63 individually designed bedrooms and suites, an established bar, two restaurants and several function rooms where we are offering our guests a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The Food and Beverage department is looking for an F&B Host/ess to provide our guests with outstanding customer service and the brightest smile ever. Key responsibilities of the F&B Host/ess will include: Welcoming, greeting and assisting the guest to Hotel standards Ensuring prompt and professional guest service Be familiar with the lounge, Brasserie and Room Service menu and all products available through the bar To ensure that all restaurant and Host stations are clean and tidy Ensure all daily guest books are up to date and kept in an orderly manner. Applicants should be flexible to work either an early shift or late shift between 6.00am until 01.00am between Mondays to Sunday.
